    Meet Howard. Co-founder of Jump Advisory Group with a track record of driving the acceleration of revenues and profitability within recruitment, for over 25 years. A well-known figure in the UK recruitment industry in the North of England and Scotland, Howard played a leading role in influencing APSCo’s successful growth into Yorkshire and North East regions.

    He cut his teeth in technology recruitment at Computer People, where he led the North of England to be the most profitable business unit in the brand. After becoming Board Member, Howard transformed the fortunes of London and South East regions, leading them to their former glory of most profitable business unit. He continued his success guiding multiple technology businesses to achieve consistent, sustainable, and profitable growth.

    With all the charm of a Yorkshireman, Howard is a proud father, devoted partner, ex semi-pro rugby player and accomplished black belt in multiple styles of martial arts.  Chuck Norris eat your heart out.

    Howard is passionate about teaching martial arts. He dedicates his free time to young people across Yorkshire and the North of England, enabling them to take advantage of the associated benefits of wellbeing, both mentally and physically, improved decision-making, confidence, respect, honour, humility and hard work, to succeed in all aspects of their life.

    Howard’s belief is people first. His skills are focused on leadership and development and his success is founded on motivating, training and mentoring employees, executive leadership teams and business owners to exceed beyond their ambitions.

    Meet Paul. Co-founder of Jump Advisory Group, well-known, high-profile recruitment figure, and over 40 years’ experience of successfully accelerating growth across multiple national and international recruitment businesses and sectors, as a CEO, COO, and a Strategic Advisor. Board Director of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation, regular judge at industry awards and multiple recruitment award-winner himself, Paul reflects the best of an industry that changes lives and has created a legacy of inspiring future-focused leaders to progress beyond their ambition. He’s also a very likeable guy.

    A bit of a celebrity, Paul guest-starred in over 400 national and local radio broadcasts including all BBC radio channels, IRN, ITN and Jazz FM. Friends might say ‘loves the roar of the greasepaint’, but his co-founders prefer ‘media enthusiast’. Malcontent with radio stardom, Paul extended his reach into TV with regular appearances on CNN, Channel 4, BBC One 1 and NBC. (It’s always good to have a back-up plan).

    Hackney-born father of 2, grandfather of 3 (with a fourth on the way), loving husband to a very understanding wife, Paul’s other passion, coming in a (very) close second to recruitment, is his beloved Arsenal. Paul is also a member of Ronnie Scott’s (might explain his appearance on Jazz FM).

    Paul has collaborated with well over 100 executive management teams to develop and accelerate strategies that have achieved impressive turnover and profit margin, at speed and scale. Instrumental in implementing the famous pink of Office Angels as MD, his skills extend beyond advisory into developing a brand as standout, that organisations in the sector followed and adopted for years to come, with significant success.

    Meet Paul. Co-founder of Jump Advisory Group and Recruitment Employment Confederation Board Director. With over 18 years’ experience of successfully building and leading teams Paul has pretty much worked within all aspects of the industry including large national agencies, an SME technical agency and three years working in-house recruiting for BAE Systems. Prior to this, he worked within the Retail sector which is where his passion for people and customers originates.

    Having led multiple sales teams to thrive and sell a variety of talent services, Paul understands the value of marketing, research, and innovation to stand out from the crowd. He has supported and developed successful teams within sales, marketing, HR, learning and development, PMO, talent acquisition, bid and account management. One of his proudest moments was being awarded Marketing Team of the Year at the Recruiter National Awards.

    His down to earth approach has resulted in creating a strong network of trusted relationships and friends for life, within the recruitment sector. With this trust, he has personally built, sold, and implemented a number of RPO and MSP solutions along with selling bespoke Talent Advisory solutions. In addition, he has led multiple teams at the coal face of agency recruitment supplying Blue- and White-collar workers, engineers, and IT specialists.

    But who is the private Paul besides a Lancastrian? Both Paul and his wife (Ruth) have three joint passions in life: their son and daughter, Burnley FC and travelling. He has a penchant for magic, having recently gone viral in the digital sphere for all the wrong reasons. He’s an advocate for the inspired efforts of Macmillan Cancer Trust and has recently raised over £3,000 for their cause.

    Joanne Quinn worked in the recruitment industry for over 15 years before specialising in mental health and wellbeing.

    Joanne supports organisations in creating mental health and wellbeing programmes in the workplace from strategy development through to implementation and training.

    She previously worked in the recruitment industry, latterly at Director level for a global plc, project managing and leading bid teams secure multi-million pound contracts.

    Joanne also has experience as a management consultant and has been instrumental in enabling organisations make operational changes resulting in significant improvements in business performance.

    Combining all her experience and knowledge, she works with business owners to understand where employees are in relation to their wellbeing and the affect on business. She develops mental health at work programmes in consultation with employees and leaders which are underpinned by best practice, supporting the promotion and delivery of the programme through a combination of campaigns, training and coaching.
