Not enough candidates to offer our clients, and in many sectors, an overwhelming number of vacancies to fill.
Is it time to actually say NO to certain clients, and exercise a level of selectivity regarding which employers we support, and which employers we politely decline assisting?
No recruitment professional ever wants to say no, but if there are not enough candidates available, perhaps we need to be more discerning about who we partner going forward.
