The recruitment industry is now reporting a 23 year high in permanent placement rates and a 6-year peak in temp/contractor billings BUT candidate availability is shrinking.

Added to this the click-through rates from adverts and posts have normally risen in line with unemployment, not this time it hasn’t! Quite the opposite is going on in the job market.
