I have been speaking with Paul on a regular basis over the past few weeks. I am having to make some big decisions given the current climate and it has been great to talk these through with someone who is outside the business and totally objective. He has not only given me confidence in my ability but also challenged my thinking. I’m really enjoying working together and look forward to continuing the relationship.
