Our first introduction to Paul and Howard was through a LinkedIn post at the beginning of lock-down April 2020.
Our staff were working from home, our clients had stopped calling and our vacancies were put on hold. We came across a posting for ‘recruitment training webinars’ and at the time Paul and Howard were running 2 programmes per week and guess what, they were ‘FREE’!
We started to participate each week for over a year and thanks to Paul and Howard and certainly in our case they were a huge slice of encouragement, hope, motivation, and inspiration.
A time for us to rethink how we operate, where we can improve, how we can engage with our clients through a difficult time without bombarding them with sales, sales, sales. This was the starting point ……..
Their videos, training sessions and guidance brought us back to what made us successful when we first started in Recruitment over 30 years ago, we went back to the basics.
Since then, myself and Vivienne my business partner, have successfully worked with Paul as our business mentor and trainer for our recent new hire Amy. Our mentoring meetings are monthly, and they have helped to instil some focus and direction to the business.
To all the SME recruitment businesses out there it was the best investment we made.
Paul has encouraged us to work beyond covid, plan for success, think about what we can offer the marketplace and focused our attention on a healthier business model.
We might be small but one day we will be mighty and that’s a huge thank you to Paul, Howard and the Jump Team.
