How it works

Jump Start combines the trifecta of business leadership and coaching, legal advice from the recruitment industry’s leading voice and the tools your team need to achieve your goals.

This is possible because of the collaboration of Jump, Odro and the REC, to support small recruitment businesses achieve their ambitions for the future.
