We NOW know what client’s value about agencies!

Last week’s Jump Talk webinar was probably our most highly attended, notably because we had three real-life employer/clients explaining in graphic detail, just what they value about the service and support they receive from recruitment consultancies, their tips and techniques to achieve Trusted Advisor status, and perhaps in more depth, what they despise!

This view of our industry was of course seen through the lens of a customer, and this week, as they say in all the best educational facilities, let’s consider their messages and have a healthy debate!

We will summarise and provide the recruitment industries view of outstanding client service through our own lens, and of course, seek your views and critique.
